a place for all kinds of sailors and also for the just interested
facilities includes big parking space, boat restoring building, a restaurant and a small ice house
room for 250 boats, and space enough for skating, biking and running
with a beautiful view to the south, possible to keep an eye on all the boats sailing to and fro the city
